I download iCloud for Windows PC and am trying to get my pictures but get the message "Your photo and video library is being prepared." but there is no progress bar or any discernible activity. How long does the process take or will it ever go throug
what should I do to get the pictures from the cloud to my PC? When i tried to import my pics from my phone it didn't find any but 18 of the 2000 pics on the phone to import. I figured the pics must be on the cloud but when i downloaded the icloud for windows it gives be that message. I just want to make sure my pics are secure before getting my new phone. please help!
