There's a number of key combinations. You also have a little utility in your Applications folder named Grab.

I located Grab, but I don't know how to use it.😕

I just wanted to let you know for future reference that a MacBook Pro is not a desktop and should be in the Notebooks category. I have never had to use Grab and prefer the keyboard shortcuts.
I marked it as a MacBook Pro. But as in so many things with an "old" computer, things get mixed up in the translation.
