DB25 breakout cable

I have recently updated my audio interface + MainStage 3 live rig however I'm having issues with the audio signal. Previously I would connect the interface to the DI, then into the stage snake to drive the signal into the mixer, however my new audio interface has a DB-25 output so I purchased a DB-25 to balanced 1/4 breakout cable. I have not been able to get a signal into the mixer since upgrading to the new interface. Any help would be appreciated, thanks guys.
