There is no download for that unless it is in your purchases list in the App store - it is so old that I have no ides if is ever was in the App store or not - probably your best bet it to install it form the original source
and I will request that your post be moved to the iPhoto forum when someone my still be using software that old and be able to tell you more

If you do not own a basic version of iPhoto 8.0.x on the installer disks of your Mac or as part of the iLife '09 bundle, try to purchase iLife '09 from Amazon or the eBay. Apple is no longer selling it.
