Check serial number to see if stolen

There is no local, regional, national nor international database of stolen iPhones or cell phones that anyone can search. Nobody collects that data in any central place or provides it to the public.

There is no database at Apple to track stolen devices by serial number. The police would do that locally. Apple does not track stolen devices.
