Bootcamp Windows 10 Creators Update - mac Mini 2014 - Intel Iris 5100 Graphic and Audio Driver.
Is the issue with the faulty Graphic and Audio Driver already solved ?
Problem is that the driver will not install and result in an hard reboot of the imac.

You cannot install the Intel driver on your Macs and expect the Fall ** to work. You need to use the Apple/BC driver on the Minis. See Re: Has anyone successfully updated to Windows Creator in bootcamp on a MacMini late 2014? and the following post for reference.
Audio should work, but the GPU has driver issues. You may be able to install W8.1 and then upgrade to W10.
Can you roll-back to Anniversary and check the driver version and compare it to the current version? Apple Software Update in Windows would show any available updates.
