iphone 5s screen is lifting and rear camera broken

I've had my phone for about a year and a half and I have recently noticed that the right side of my screen is lifting to where you can see light come out of under the glass when the phone is on. I can push the screen down with my finger but within minutes it rises back up. I have also noticed that I can not take pictures with my rear facing camera and the lens seems pushed in. I am also not able to use the flash or flashlight.
