How do I get the "other" login screen?

I have recently bought a new MacBook pro and everything is fine. I migrated my previous MacBook pro onto this one, everything is good, except for one setting that changed.

I'm not sure how to get the other login screen. I'm referring to the screen that most Apple computers have when they go to sleep and wake up. The one I currently have asks for both username and password, where I want the one that just asks for the password.

I've looked through the system preferences and I'm still not sure how to activate it. Im on OS X Sierra.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS Sierra (10.12.1)
