Greetings SamyValdez,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It seems like you are running OS X Mavericks and you are not getting a verification window when you want to login to iCloud. It sounds like you are using two-factor authentication on the Apple ID, which requires your Mac to be running OS X El Capitan and iTunes 12.3 or later. Are you expecting a number on the Mac or a window to enter the number on the Mac? I would recommend you read this article and use it to help troubleshoot the issue.

If you have a trusted device running iOS 9 and later or OS X El Capitan and later, the verification code is displayed automatically on your trusted devices.

From your Mac:

  1. Go to Apple Menu > System Preferences > iCloud.
  2. Click Account Details.
  3. If your device is offline, click Get Verification Code. If your device is online, click Password & Security > Get Verification Code.

Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication
Take care.
