Can I charge my iPhone 6S through my AUX port?

Can I charge my iPhone 6S through my AUX port?

My car cigarette lighter ports do not work. I'm wondering, if I were to buy a lightning to aux cord, could that not only charge my phone but could it also play music that way? Mostly interested in figuring out a way to charge my phone without a USB port!

I'll post a picture of what kind of cord I am talking about.

A 3.5mm Aux jack as would be used with that cable will not have charge capability.

AUX Ports can not charge your phone! AUX = ”AUX” input is an auxiliary input jack that accepts MP3, DVD, cassette or CD players when plugged in with an appropriate auxiliary cable
