Cannot cancel iTunes match

All of the prompts to cancel my iTunes match account failed and I was charged for another year. Now all of my attempts to reach Apple Support are failing. The only option is to schedule a call for technical support, but this is not a technical issue, and I'm abroad and cannot receive a call anyway. How can I reach support via email to cancel my account and get refunded? Thanks!
