I've added a title to clips of my video, and changed the text colour to white. The text has a black border. I've changed the font to a custom font, and looked in the font settings and font colors for anywhere I can edit or remove the border but I can't see anything. Does anyone know how I can remove the border?

Click on the "T" icon and then the "O" icon to deselect the black outline.

Hmmm. I just noticed from your profile that you are using iMovie '11. The info that I gave you in my previous post refers to current iMovie version 10.x.x. I'm not very familiar with iMovie '11, but you can check to see if there are similar controls in that older version.
