How can I remove Pocket from Safari?

I use both Firefox and Safari as browsers on my MacBook Pro and my MacBook Air and only Safari on my ipad and iphone. I want to keep Pocket on Firefox but remove it from Safari however am not sure how to do it. When I go to Pocket Support there seems to be no link provided for information to uninstall.

As I understand it Pocket is designed to interface with all devices so if I sometimes use Safari (on my phone and ipad) and sometimes use Firefox this may be how it got on my Safari browser in the first place.

It 'popped up' when I open my browser just now which is irritating so I want to just get rid of it and am willing to do without it on any of my devices if that is the only way to get rid of it. Thank you.

MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

Thanks.

FYI, Pocket is a method of saving articles to read when you are off line. I have enjoyed using it for those times when I am not connected on wi-fi but don't want to use up cell data. It is automatically included in Firefox but I must have added it to Safari at one point due to my browser preferences on the phone. However, if it comes back I will now know how to uninstall it!

Thanks again.
