Apple Watch Nightstand Mode Color
While the Apple watch series 2 is in nightstand mode are you able to change the color because currently, it is green.

To change the text colour to a shade of grey:
On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Accessibility > turn on Greyscale.
It is not otherwise possible to change the colour of the text when your Apple Watch is in Nightstand Mode.
