unable to create mailbox error Ipad
Trying to create a new mailbox on mail account on an Ipad. Getting this error message. "Unable to create mailbox. The mailbox couldn't be created on the server."

Hi. You may need to create the mailbox on the server first. Try logging in to the server's web portal using a browser and use the features there to do what you want. You may need to use a computer browser, or request the desktop site, to get the controls you need.
