Mpeg4 videos won't play on iPad pro

I am at my wits end. I have several mpeg4 karaoke videos that my husband and I have used previously on my iPad pro. They aren't in my iTunes library anymore and when I try to add them, I get an error message that says they can't be played on the iPad. I sure hope someone can help me......this is very confusing and frustrating. I have spent the entire evening trying to figure this out.

The iTunes App on an iPad is just the store it does not hold any videos in it

Videos can be found in the TV / Videos App under Home Videos or Downloaded headings.

Look for one of these icons:

Thank you for your reply. I have already done both of those things. The files are MP4's....and I have also used Handbrake to make the files smaller in size for the iPad. We have used them all before on the iPad...and now, I can't even find them. I had a complete playlist for them. I just did a complete restore on the iPad this morning and nothing. It says they are on my iPad...

but I can't find them at all. I can't find ANY of the videos that used to be on the iPad. Seems they should be in the iTunes app. but none of them are there. I feel like I'm losing my minds over this. 😕

I feel so lame. I didn't mean iTunes...I meant my Music app. I just found my videos. I had no idea they were now in the TV app and no longer in a dedicated video app. Thank you SO much for your help.....I am so relieved.

you can right click and convert them to a format the ios devices support

or you can use the free program called handbrake to convert them to a suitable format
