genius bar appointment
How do I make a Genius Bar Appointment online? I keep being to directed to a support page that does not have making a Genius Bar appointment as an option. Is it best to just call the store?

i feel your pain. Forty minutes searching so i could cancel a Genius Bar appointment. I got on a chat and she was so unhelpful it was patetic. So i called and after four minutes i was able to talk to a human being from the USA. He said you can make a Genius Bar appointment via Safari on a Chat, you call support or have them call you. The only other way is with Apple Support App on a iphone or ipad.
Apple needs to put that up front on a support page so we do not have to wander the wilderness for so long. Apple support has really gone down hill lately.
