I installed iCloud on my Windows Computer and downloaded my wife's iPhone to the cloud. I pulled up the cloud by puling up "iCloud.com" on the address bar, signed into Apple, and the cloud came up. I can view all her contacts and photos but cannot view any data. I would like to find a way to transfer all the text messages and favorites from her old phone to her new phone.
Any help would be appreciated!!

You can either do an iCloud or iTunes backup. Then on the new phone, you will be able to access like on the old one.

Exactly what data are you looking for?
I would like to find a way to transfer all the text messages and favorites from her old phone to her new phone.
To do that she would need to set up her new phone by restoring from a backup of her old phone.
