EndNote citation problem

I updated pages to 6.2 version, and downloaded the plug-in 3 that makes EndNote compatible with it. However when I insert citations I no longer have the option to use numerical in page citations (1) vs. (Authors.........., year), hence cluttering the screen where you are writing.

This was modified by changing the citation type in prior versions: Edit--> EndNote Citations --> Vancouver. But does NOT longer solve the issue. Any suggestions (other than manually place each bibliographic number and later modify everything if you add 1 more citation).

I'll greatly appreciate the help.

Hi Itatanpr,

I understand that you’re having issues with the formatting of your citations using the EndNote plug-in for Pages. I’d like to provide you with a resource that I believe will be helpful in resolving your issue.

An update was recently released for the EndNote plug-in. Please use this link to download and install the latest version of the EndNote plug-in:

Download Pages EndNote Plug-in v3.1

Take care.

There have been countless posts here in the Pages community about EndNote X8.n, Pages v6.2, and the new EndNote v3 Pages plug-in. I highly recommend that you scan back over the last three weeks of posts in the Pages for Mac community to see if someone else has resolved, or not resolved your particular issue.

This is a user-to-user support community, and Apple leadership and product teams neither read, nor participate here. Any outstanding bugs should be submitted through bugreport.apple.com while signed in with your Apple ID. Provide detailed information as to how the problem can be reproduced, and the particular version of EndNote X8 in use.

No one here can fix bugs in these three products, and it will depend on communication between Apple, the EndNote product team, and the developer of that Endnote v3 plug-in. No one here knows when any product updates will occur to solve these varied problems.
