I suddenly have a ready share icon on my IMAC

I have a negear router,,I have never shared anything and really have no reason to,I need to remove this READYSHARE connection thing on my IMAC ! HELP..I don't want it here ,I've seen sone weird things that tell me its also connected to my IMAC OFFICE 2011

iMac, iOS 10.3.2, with MAC OFFICE 2011 HOME AND STUDE

ReadyShare is a collection of services by Netgear. If you don't need it don't use it, or trash the related app(s). They do no harm.
