Step1 This might work
Open the iTunes software from the Start menu. Click "Start" > "All Programs" and select iTunes from its folder.
Step2
Select "Edit" from the top menu bar and choose "Preferences."
Step3
Click "Store" to bring up iTunes Store preferences.
Step4
Check the box next to "Automatically download missing album artwork."
"Get Album Artwork" works by seeing if your music is available in the iTunes Store. If it is, iTunes will add that artwork to the music in your library. If your music isn't in the iTunes Store, "Get Album Artwork" won't work.
However, in my experience, even if my music is available in the iTunes Store, sometimes Get Album Artwork still doesn't work. You can scan your CD booklets or search the web for the artwork. Ben Dodson's iTunes Artwork Finder is a great tool. Then you can add your artwork to iTunes manually.
