I was gifted an audiobook. Received the email with the redeem code. clicked on redeem and something went wrong. The download seemed like it was going to start but then t stopped all of a sudden. Went to try it again but then it said that the code has been redeemed. I dont see any pending downloads. where can i try to redeem this audiobook again?

You've tried logging out and back into the account, and does it show on the account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ? If it doesn't show you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can do something to add it to your account : iTunes Store - Contact Us - Apple Support
A code can only be redeemed once, if you successfully redeemed it the audiobook should be on the account. If using your iPhone does it show in the Purchased tab in its iBooks app for downloading ? Or if using a computer's iTunes does it show in the Purchased section (Account > Purchased menu option) for downloading ?
It does not show in the purchased tab in my iphone, nor does it show in my computers itunes Purchased section either.
I think signing out and back in did it. Thank you.
