You've checked all iTunes accounts purchase histories that the card is linked to e.g. if you are a family share organiser you've also checked members accounts purchase histories and subscription sections ? Or could it be : About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ? If you can't find what it might be for you should contact the card issuer, it's possible that the card has been cloned.

have a 44.99 pending charge/looked at all purchases and Im supposed to be charge 9.99 per month which is in my itunes purchases. 44.99 charge shows on bank statement for Itunes but not in Itunes purcheses
