That's not a valid Apple email address. Do not reply to it. Bring the phone to Apple Store with proof of purchase and they can help.

Correct, almost glad I'm not the only one, there is a serious security breach on the icloud.. my Iphone and Ipad pro did suffer of the same..the only way out is a complete restore.

Only Apple can unlock your Mac but to begin with, you should change your iCloud account password.

So when no one know my password are my devices in safety?

as Remy says... if your password is unknown, this exploit cannot be used.

It only exists for account with 2FA or 2SV.

It allows access to the Find My Phone tools without the 2FA verification code.

I don't think you can unlock your mac or iPhone so easily.

You need to know the 4 or 6 digit code to unlock it and if you don't have this code, only Apple can unlock it.
