Why is my iPhone 7 front camera blurry?

I have this issue on my iPhone 6+ also. I have tried multiple cameras and checked all the filters and have no shorts. I also have 2 Volts on PP_RCAM_AF_CONN. So it is really weird why it is blurry still. Anyone have any ideas?

Check if nothing is blocking the front camera, and wipe the front of the iPhone, including the camera, with a cloth if necessary.

Maybe you dropped your iPhone and the lens got dislodged.

Either way the reason doesn't matter, you need to take it to an Apple authorised service location to have it diagnosed and repaired.
