Do not disturb (DND)- can you limit who's calls get through?

When using dnd anyone who calls twice within 3 minutes rings through (including telemarketers!). Any way to select who is allowed to get through (like Favorites, or Contacts)?

The only option is to turn "Repeated Calls" on or off; no option to turn it on but limit it to certain categories. Use Do Not Disturb on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Yes. In Settings/Do Not Disturb - Allow Calls From you can set it to Favorites or to contact groups. You would have to define contact groups, which you can't do with the built in Contacts app, but there are apps that will let you create and edit groups (e.g., Groups, Speed Names), or you can use the capability of the Mac contacts app if you sync with it.
