i have ipad mini 4 model MD961LL/A. can i update to ios 10? The current version now is 9.3.5 and software updates says i'm up to date.

iPad Mini Wi-Fi, iOS 9.3.5

The MD961LL/A is a FIRST generation mini. It cannot be updated to iOS10.
