Can anyone tell me if the iPad Air 2 and iPad 5th generation are the same dimensions please as they appear to when I've checked.
I've found a clip on logitech ultra thin keyboard for iPad Air 2 and think it will fit for the iPad 5?
I just purchased a 5th gen and tried it on a logitech keyboard case for the air 2 and it's not a good fit. It keeps popping out because the -5 is too thick and won't properly fit in the holder.

Sorry I don't understand what you mean by that, a charging cable charges the iPad on its own doesn't it without the iPad being attached. (My current Logitech charges by a cable into it)
Oh, ok. I wasn't aware that it plugged into the iPad. Some of the newer keyboards connect with the "smart connector" (the 3 dots on the left side of the iPad), eliminating the need to plug into the charging port or antenna jack.
Do you think it will fit in this then....? Its for an ipad air 2 but i am going to guess it will since the dimensions are incredibly close
It may, but I would definitely look at the description and specs to verify compatibility with the new iPad.
