My flagged items, don't show in my mail app

Hi there,

iPhone 5/s 32gb Firmware 7.60.00, Version: 10.3.2 (14F89).

I'm having trouble seeing my flagged items, so I can see them in Hotmail all flagged correctly which is good, but I look over to the mail app and it shows no flagged items, but it does over show 4 but not all of them, I don't understand why this is happening.

I have already tried Flagged emails not showing up in Flagged box under mail, but wasn't sure where the setting was.

Anyone help would be greatly appreciated.
