Why Kazakhstan is not supported?

I am apple customer for many years. I have several mac computers, pair of iPads, my family use iPhones.

Please tell me is there a reason why apple doesn't support our country?

How can I contact support when I need it?


Previous years I cud get in contact with support.


Now I can only read:

Other Countries

If your country is not listed, support is not offered through this web tool. See optionsfor your region if you need more help.


And when pressing link for Options it gives me the list of countries again where Kazakhstan is not listed.

Very funny.

A suggestion -- Since Kazakhstan is a transcontinental nation, have you tried contacting Apple support via the "Other Europe" link? It's located at the link in your post > Europe > Other Europe:

"Other Europe" link is useless.


I wonder why they ignore the country, what is the reason? It is not the smallest country, there are smaller in the list. Many Mac and IOS users. Why such discrimination? No support at all.

By the way we are the country where there is no Apple shop! They don't know about us. Pity.
