Adware Help

I recently found Advanced Mac Cleaner, Shopperify and My Mac Updater on my computer. From everything I read these are all adware or viruses. I followed steps to get rid of them however I am very concerned that I have not gotten rid of all the files. At one point I thought I had fully cleaned out Advanced Mac Cleaner and as I was getting rid of Shopperify found more Advanced Mac Cleaner files! How do I know if I have gotten rid of all of the files connected to these things. I have searched them in the Finder and nothing comes up. However, nothing came up when I searched Advanced Mac Cleaner after I thought I got it all, then later found out I didn't get it all. So clearly searching for it isn't finding all the files.

Also, while trying to clean these out of my computer I can across a file called ApplePushService which is a locked file. It says that I don't have permission to see it's contents even though I am the administer. Is this another piece of adware?

I am freaking out because my computer is literally 3 days old!! I just want all this stuff off my computer. Help please! What do I do to make sure it's all off? And what is ApplePushService?

Download and run these two utilities. Both are safe and well respected here.

Esquared: I was trying to download a new widget for my dashboard when it popped up that I needed to update my flash player. I clicked on it and realized too late that it wasn't a reliable link. After getting the advice about Malwarebytes I contacted Apple chat. They said this is a scam that's been going around causing users to download this malware.

They also recommended Malwarebytes which made me feel better. I did this and it solved my problem! Thanks for the help!
