6s plus 10.3.3 ringer turns on and off itself automatically

I have 6s plus 16gb.

It's been 1 week since updated to 10.3.3, ringer has begun to turn itself on and off automatically.

It happens no matter device is locked or not; after unlocking, it begins continuously with every touch on the screen. After that it happens once a minute.

It also gives a vibration feedback so that's how i know it happens while phone is locked.

How can i solve this problem?

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 10.3.3, 2gb left on storage

Finally I solved the problem. Problem is Silent/ringer switch button. (I will write it as 'srsb')

When srsb is in silent mode you can unmute phone from assistive touch or somewhere else, then there is no problem.

When srsb is in ringer mode then problem begins. Phone take itself to mute mode then you unmute from assistive touch then it takes itself to mute mode again. It keep continues no matter what, I restored my phone three times and problem was still existing.

The only solution is taking srsb to mute mode.

problem stated in iOS 10.3.3. Can it go back to normal in iOS 11 or should I go to AppStore to change my srsb button?

Try rebooting your device:

On an iPhone 6s and earlier, iPad, or iPod touch: Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Otherwise

You can get your device serviced by contacting Apple Support, or by visiting an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider next to your place:

The problem stated seems to be a hardware issue with the mute switch, not iOS 10.3.3.
