Test the following. On the Mini in Anniversary Update, fall back to the Generic VGA driver by removing/uninstalling the Intel driver, and removing the adapter. You may also need to run pnputil.exe to clean the DrvStore to remove the Intel driver files, otherwise a reboot will try to re-install it.
Test the Creators Update/Upgrade, and if successful, re-install the W10 BC6 Intel driver. Do not use any other Intel GPU driver.
Remember, back ups are important for your own safety.
As I've already written, support mcrosoftu advised me to look for help in apple, apple advises me to look for help in microsoft, and helpdesk intela claims it's not his problem, because its drivers run on apple computers (but not on creator in mac mini).
So you understand that such advice is not helpful - then apple must examine togheter with microsoft and maybe intel what their hardware ( beacuse it is apple hardware, not regular pc ) blocks the intel driver after updating to creator. Of course, this is a must, and I think mac mini is a dropped device and that is why there is no solution for this problem.
Hm... how did you do the update? With the "normal" Windows Update Search, Windows 10 Update Tool or Windows Media Creation Tool?
I also have installed Intel driver 4703 and the update with the Media Creation Tool crashed...
Can’t install fall creator update on mac mini 2014. I can’t install any creator update. Has anybody been successful in updating to either one of them without magic or taking down my video card or any unnatural process?
Doesn't work here. I can Only update to 1709, when the Microsoft-Default-Graphic-Driver is installed.
And by the way, can someone post the link to the Intel-Graphic-Driver who should work? Maybe there is a hidden, not easy to detect one....
Then PLEASE give us the downloadlink to the VGA-Driver! And i don't understand, why it work on your system and not on mine.... And when you updated with the apple-driver, why is a direct installation impossible.
Or there are more than one "late2014"-model and you had luck?
Did you use the MediaCreationTool or the Windows10Upgrade ?

If not, where can we get Windows 10 Update Tool ( version 1.4.9200.22256 ) ?
Language-based variants may behave differently. What is the version of your current Intel GPU driver?
I just checked Bootcamp.xml in the USB flash drive after re-downloading BC6 latest driver package.
As you mentioned, as far as contents of Bootcamp.xml, the 20.x versions do not exist.
But, when I run setup.exe in the USB flash drive's BootCamp folder, Intel Display driver becomes the 20.x version.
Tried this morning to upgrade to creators with no avail, stops at 32% and rolls back., Has anybody found a solution yet ?
Is this setup.exe provided the BC Drivers package which was originally used to install the driver on Anniversary Update?
Oh and where can i get “updated bootcamp drivers” cant find them anywhere?

You really can not check the file version?
Really a waste of my time ...
I'm sorry for your time.
I could finally check the file version of "Windows 10 Update Assistant" , and confirmed that the version is same.
I didn't work though...
Is this just a Mac Mini problem or is it happening in other Macs with Boot Camp also? I installed the newest Graphics driver from Intel but it still aborts the Windows 10 Creators Update. Are you aware of any work arounds?
