Unable to use iphone 7 plus with Verizon after AT&T unlock

Hi Everyone

I was with AT&T for a long time and bought iphone 7 plus from AT&T as well. I switched my carrier to Verizon and have 4 of iphone devices unlocked from AT&T. 3 of them are iphone 6s which are working fine with Verizon but one which is the most latest iphone 7 plus is not working. It shows Verizon sign but no signal, Verizon is out of options and now I have over 700 dollars piece of brick which I cant use with Verizon. What are my options?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 10.3.3

While previous iphones have had both GSM and CDMA capability, the iPhone 7 and 7+ do not. See iPhone 7 - Technical Specifications - Apple. And note the caveat in the cellular and wireless section:

Model A1778*

Model A1784*

Models A1778 and A1784 do not support CDMA networks, such as those used by Verizon and Sprint.

Basically with an iPhone 7 or 7+, if you wish to use Verizon you need to buy a Verizon (or Sprint) Model (i.e. a model A1660 or 1661).

You current AT&T version, now unlocked, will work with any GSM based provider. But it has no CDMA capability, so Sprint, Verizon and any MVNO,s that use their networks will not work.
