Apple Health App Reset

I have been having issues with Apple Health App BMI reporting. I use a Nokia Body + smart scale that sends information over to Apple Health. When I look at BMI in the Nokia Healthmate App it appears correctly. When it is transmitted to Apple Health App it adds ~10 points. I spoke to Apple and Nokia and they are pointing fingers at each other. However, I think if there was a way to reset the Health App my problem would go away. I have not been able to locate any information on how to reset the Health App. Was hoping someone could help. Thanks.

I don't know if there's another way to do this but if you backup your iPhone to iTunes and make sure not to select the option to encrypt the backup, erase your iPhone completely, and then restore from your backup, the Health app would be completely empty. Just know that if you do this that you will lose any history from the app, you would be starting over from scratch.
