If you click on this: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support you don't see anything?

For your convenience, here is the complete contents of that page:

If your Apple ID is locked or disabled

If you or someone else enters your password, security questions, or other account information incorrectly too many times, your Apple ID automatically locks to protect your security and you can't sign in to any Apple services. You can unlock your Apple ID after you verify your identity.

If your Apple ID is locked for security reasons, you might see one of these alerts:

  • “This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons”
  • "You can't sign in because your account was disabled for security reasons"
  • "This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons"
When you see one of these alerts, you can go to iforgot.apple.com to unlock your account with your existing password or to reset your password. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to unlock your account, your Apple ID will remain locked and you can try again the next day.If you use two-factor authentication, you need a trusted device or trusted phone number to unlock your Apple ID. And if you have a recovery key, you can use it to help you regain access to your account. If you see a message that is different from the alerts above and you can't reset your password, contact us for help.

After you change your password, you might need to update it in your iCloud settings and in any Apple services that you sign in to with your Apple ID. Learn more about your Apple ID and where you can use it.

It's trivially easy to contact Apple Support. Click the "Contact Support" link at the top of every page, follow the links to get to Account Security, or click this link --> Apple ID: Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security. Choose your country, then click the link Get Support Now. One of the options will be to have Apple call you. If you would prefer to call Apple choose the phone number from Apple phone contacts and ask for the Account Security Team.

This is a user-to-user forum, it is not a way to communicate with Apple. There are several reasons your Apple ID may be disabled:

  • You entered the wrong password too many times
  • Someone tried to hack your account and entered the wrong password too many times
  • You have a balance due in your iTunes Store account

See 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208856. This link says: "There might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file. When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Insteadcontact Apple Support for help.”

Use the Apple recommended support link above first.

When your Apple ID is disabled it is ALWAYS for a reason.

If it says “Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes” the REASON is that you purchased something and the charge was rejected, or you requested a chargeback through your card issuer, so you now owe Apple money. Go here→If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support

If it says “Your Apple ID is Locked” or “Your Apple ID is disabled” the REASON is that either you entered the wrong password too many times, or someone is trying to hack into your Apple ID account.

But there is always a reason.
