If you click on this: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support you don't see anything?

For your convenience, here is the complete contents of that page:

If your Apple ID is locked or disabled

If you or someone else enters your password, security questions, or other account information incorrectly too many times, your Apple ID automatically locks to protect your security and you can't sign in to any Apple services. You can unlock your Apple ID after you verify your identity.

If your Apple ID is locked for security reasons, you might see one of these alerts:

  • “This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons”
  • "You can't sign in because your account was disabled for security reasons"
  • "This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons"
When you see one of these alerts, you can go to iforgot.apple.com to unlock your account with your existing password or to reset your password. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to unlock your account, your Apple ID will remain locked and you can try again the next day.If you use two-factor authentication, you need a trusted device or trusted phone number to unlock your Apple ID. And if you have a recovery key, you can use it to help you regain access to your account. If you see a message that is different from the alerts above and you can't reset your password, contact us for help.

After you change your password, you might need to update it in your iCloud settings and in any Apple services that you sign in to with your Apple ID. Learn more about your Apple ID and where you can use it.

Apple ID is locked or disabled

If you have changed your password, have you followed the steps in this article?

What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support I suggest doing this before you change your Apple ID or password.

If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.

You will have to keep trying. If you have really followed all of the other steps and not been able to unlock your account only Apple can help. How did you try to contact iTunes support? Here are several ways.

Your Apple ID can be locked for several reasons:

  • You entered the wrong password too many times
  • Someone tried to hack your account
  • You owe Apple money for purchases
  • Your payment method is (or has become) invalid

You need to contact Apple and either actually talk to a customer service representative, chat with one (when it is available), or file a report so they can get back to you. You cannot fix this yourself; you must have help from a real person at Apple. See: Apple ID: Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security and Apple phone contacts
