It won't let me update or get apps it's saying Apple ID disabled ?

This thread is not about activation lock. However, the ONLY way to disable Activation Lock is with the Apple ID and password that were used to enable Find my iPhone and thus Activation Lock. If you don't have those, and don't know the person who does, the phone will never be useful to you; might as well throw it out (or rather, recycle it).
There is only one exception: If you are the original owner, you bought it from Apple or from an Apple-authorized reseller, and you have the original purchase receipt and some form of identification, Apple will remove the activation lock. But that is the only circumstance under which they will do so.
I have tried all the options posted on this thread reset password still can't access my downloaded music. I can login fine in icloud & Itunes I just can't download any apps , music , etc. Only option I haven't tried is actually going to the apple store to ask them if they can do anything about my Apple ID being disabled.
Yeah, I should’ve seen that with its terrible grammar and weird capitilization. Second tip was when I entered the wrong password and it still brought me to the form requesting my info.
Is there anywhere I should forward this so the scammers can be, I dunno, punished or something?
Well, between this thread and several others, I've answered this question over 100 times, and the answer has always been the same; it's posted right at the top of the thread. So it gets rather tedious after a while, especially as the answer is already posted before the question is asked.
