Xbox 360 Audio through Macbook

Hello!

I have an external monitor that does not have built in speakers. I have my Xbox 360 plugged into the monitor via HDMI. I have connected my MacBook Pro to the monitor via DisplayPort. Using this, how would I be able to play Xbox on the monitor with the audio coming through my MacBook?

Detailed answers would be great, I need all the help I can get!

Please explain exactly what it is you want to do, and what you have connected and what works, what doesn't. There's no way this can work to display from both Xbox and MBP to the same monitor at the same time.
