Question

HP Printer - Printing only one page of multi page document

I have an HP photosmart printer (7760) that recently started printing only one page of a document, even if there are multiple pages. There are no error messages or anything, it just prints one and then stops as if it finished the job. I downlowded the most recent drivers from the HP site - uninstalled and reinstalled them and still no luck. Anyone have any ideas?

powerbook G4, Mac OS X (10.3.9)

Try repairing permissions (Disk Utility).
Then try trashing print prefs - search for files that start with com.apple.print and delete them.

I have a HP 6540 and could only print the last page of a multiple page document using Bonjour. Went to HP website and got HP Inkjet Driver (Universal Binary) V 3.3. Trash your old drivers first befor installing.

Couldn't believe it but it solved my problem.

Just a follow up - my hard drive died, I got a new hard drive, installed the drivers and it all worked perfectly - no idea if I was doing anything wrong before or if the dying hard drive was causing the errors, but thanks for all the suggestions. I only wish I knew how it started working again!
