So sorry to learn that you're having troubles connecting with your AirPods as you try to make phone calls and I'm here to tell yiou more about it.
We received reports that several Bluetooth devices cannot be connected at the same time and this issue is not true with Tile but with other devices as well.
Per our engineering staff's recommendation, at this time, the temporary resolution of this issue would be to terminate the app while other Bluetooth devices are in use.
To close your Tile app on your Apple device, simply:
- Double tap the home/center button.
- Swipe away your Tile app so it doesn't run in the background.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are aware of some reports of similar behavior and are currently investigating this issue. This will help Tile to test and improve the Bluetooth connection with the upcoming Tile app release further down Tile's product road-map. If you have further questions, please let us know.
