Did you contact xfinity/Comcast? If you did not you can wait until the Sun novas and it still won’t be unlocked.

That's right. Apple CAN NOT help you.

ONLY the carrier it's locked to can authorize unlocking it.

Comcast. You need to contact VZW tier 2 support.

I did, and I couldn't find it. "Xenon" is just too common, including an LG phone called "Xenon", and every other MVNO pushing ads on the search returns. I found out in a roundabout way that the real carrier is Comcast Xfinity, which helped in finding the phone number. But their support website doesn't work, at least at the time I tried. It has a section on unlocking, but none of the links work.

My guess is that their customer support is outsourced to Tracfone (one of my former clients), who handle a lot of MVNOs. And Tracfone is in South Florida, which might explain why the site is down.

That number should be +1 888 936 4968. I just called it to verify - it is Xfinity Mobile, a division of Comcast, and the MVNO that goes under the network name Xenon.

I'm not sure if I posted this already but I will again im dealing with an associate from Apple named Ashley she just texted me Tuesday the name phone is locked through is u.s xenon via Comcast my scammer is on the process of unlocking for me after a call from police she knew the phone was locked but sold it to me I even called Apple to verify prior to purchase but they didn't do a 2nd level check now they said pick any accessory from Apple for my troubles I also found on the web other people in our position also a person he said he has iPhone 7s locked in bulk I'll let ou know how I make out try your carrier if they can get it unlocked companies just want the money

Same thing. I checked with Apple prior to purchasing and they just said it was Verizon and didn’t even do a second level check for me. They’re getting a call from me for this. I have a $750 phone I can’t even use!
