iPhone on US Xenon locked policy,need ya help pls

I have the same problem.i was in Apple store 3 times for 3months and they can’t help me.i call to Apple support to find way to fix my phone.xenon USA lock my phone.

i dot call yet but i need because i need my iphone work this month

I do have the same issue but I bought this phone oversea but not in US, it seems they will need your phone number and billing address in order to unlock your phone.

Have you tried inserting a SIM? If you did, and got the message that the SIM is not supported, the seller lied to you. Get your money back.

BTW, How do you know it is on US Xenon locked policy? The ONLY way to find out the lock status is to call Apple. The sites that claim to have that information are usually wrong.

Return to seller if sold as unlocked and is not, or

contact Xenon to see if they offer unlocking and if you qualify.
