Unauthorized purchase using Apple Pay
Who do I contact to get this reversed?
Your Bank, or Credit Card issuing institution. Apple Pay uses your credit card for purchases through your bank or issuing institution.
If the charge appears in your Credit Card statement, then contact your bank to have it blocked, and the charges reversed.
