High kernel_task CPU usage (above 100%)

My MacBook Pro (late 2011, 13") gets really slow after 3/4 hours of use and only gets normal after restarting. In those situations, kernel_task CPU usage is always above 100%.


I tried resetting NVRAM and SMC and using safe mode, but the problem persists.

Your problem appears to be caused by your Adobe products and Firefox. Try quitting them and see if there is an improvement.
