Siri keeps on popping up on my screen
Siri is keep on popping up on my screen even though I'm not using it. What seems to be the problem? Please help. Thank you.
Do you have Hey Siri enabled?

If you are not touching the phone and Siri opens it has heard something that it interpreted as "Hey Siri". You might try retraining Siri to your voice. Yo do this by going to Settings/Siri, turn off Hey Siri, then turn it on again.
