Can I record my phone calls on my iPhone 7?
It's fine to record any conversation in my state. I don't need anyone's permission to do so here.

to record outgoing and incoming phone calls you will have to download and install a 3rd party app to do so as apple does not allow this function
Not without routing the call through a 3rd party. Any apps that claim to do call recording require that you set things up so that all of your calls go through another system, where the recording actually takes place. The legality of doing so may be questionable.
