Mac Pro bay 2-4 HDD not showing in bootcamp

I have Hard drives in all 4 bays of a Macpro. They show in OSX (El capitan) but not in bootcamp (Windows 10).

When in Windows I can only see the bootcamp drive.

I tried HFS explorer but it just said no HFS drives found.

Is this a known issue? I can only find people having problems with external drives or partitions.

Mac Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

If you installed the BC drivers which allow read-only access to Apple HFS volumes, see Re: Windows 10 Anniversary + Boot Camp = no longer mounting Mac partition on a method to assign drive letters.

If the specific drivers - AppleHFS.sys and AppleMNT.sys - are not installed, then use Install Windows 7 and earlier on your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support to find the correct BC5.x driver package and extract the drivers, install them, and then assign drive letters, as appropriate.
