How to delete this presistent Flirt.com in Safari History

I have tried even to reset my IPhone 6s Plus and still that website (Flirt.com) in Safari history can't be deleted. It seems this is a malware and from no where this website history appeared. I have called apple support and they told me to reset my phone and still doesn't come off. Please help!

I assume you tried the first two steps in the "Delete history, cache, and cookies" section of:

Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Repeat those two steps anyway. Then the next thing I would do is to double-tap the home button and scroll left or right until you get to the Safari App. Then swipe up to delete the data (won't delete safari itself). Next, force restart your iPhone:

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If that doesn't help, then as KiltedTim mentioned, perhaps it's being dropped on your phone via a web site you visit on a regular basis.

If your phone isn't jailbroken, it's not malware. If you're wiping the phone and restoring your backup, then it's getting put back because of something on the backup.

It may be possible for an app to be dropping this here, especially one that's ad supported. If you really want to determine the root cause, erase the phone and set it up as a new device. You will have to re-install your apps manually. I suggest only installing a few at a time until you see the cookie return. That should help narrow down what's putting it there.

You are not listing on what I said. APPLE TECHNICAL SUPPORT CAN'T EVEN RESOLVED THE PROBLEM. So you are telling me and apple support what we've done was wrong? Also, when I do backup to the icloud, Safari is not included. Also safari was disable. Thus, after the reset safari (cookies, etc.) should be wipe out. Then the restore we only restore the contacts, ibooks, finance, that's it.
