I do know that if the user hasn't been used in gsx for a longtime with out having a company email it does purge accounts. you may need to check gsx users and see if he is still in there roster if he is make sure he is accepted to your sold to account. If he is not you may need to go though the re admittance again. I do know that apple has changed a lot of with the user system in last 2 months or so.
What is this message and why do I get this when I try to sign in?

I'm able to get into my gsx but my coworker is unable. He get's the same error and is using the correct apple id. Did apple purge accounts that hadn't be used for a while? He rarely used GSX so I'm wondering if that's why.
I just figured it out it means that the account that you are using has not been setup yet to you gsx if you are getting this error and you have logged in to gsx before you are likely using the wrong apple id for your log in if you have multiple accounts the you use
gsx access not provisioned
